I publish scientific articles and book chapters as well as magazine and blog articles for a more general audience.
I have published over a dozen academic journal articles, in both collaborative writing teams and independently. My academic work is able to communicate on technical and scientific matters on a wide variety of topics, including the orexin neuropeptide system, appetitive Pavlovian models as well as issues in higher education such as peer mentoring and scholarly publishing.
I also frequently write for non-technical general and professional audiences. I have written educational articles aimed at highschool students, science communication and articles aimed at a general audience. As a freelance writer, I am able to develop a pitch and deliver an article on a short turnaround and to a high standard.
